The Daily Bench publishes short daily summaries of recent judgments of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh, High Court for the State of Telangana and Supreme Court of India.

How it works

Each day, new judgments are collected from the public records of the courts. The most significant ones are summarised and reviewed before publication. Every post links to the full judgment PDF and to the court's official website.

Please note

• This is not legal advice and not an official record of any court.
• Summaries can contain mistakes or omissions. Always read the full judgment before relying on it.
• Some updates appear several days after the judgment, depending on when the court publishes it.
• Matters involving minors, sexual offences and family disputes are handled with extra care and may be omitted.
